I bring the tools and chemicals I generally use with me. If you have a specialized item that you wish used, I will let you provide it, but I reserve the right not to use certain items and chemicals.

Pricing :
My minimum cleaning charge is $80.00.
The first three times I clean a home, I will charge by the hour. You will then be given a bid, if you accept it, it will remain consistent until the next periodic assessment.
My hourly rate for homes and businesses is $15.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on the difficulty and regularity of the job. For unusual cleaning jobs, Spring cleaning, one-time, move-out, and construction clean up, I charge $25.00 per hour or bid. There will also be a $5.00 travel fee added anytime the price of gasoline goes above $3.00 per gallon.
I can provide references, but wait to do so until I am certain you will respect my clients' privacy.
The big company's prices are too high; I'm your solution!
With 8 years of experience as a subcontractor to one of the big companies, I know their prices are so high because they have to pay for their overhead which includes their office rent, bills and administrative costs.
I can do your painting project with the same quality for much less because I don't have all of the overhead costs.
Here is an example for a two story home exterior: labor would be between $1000-$1500. Paint normally costs approximately $500. So you can have the entire exterior of your house painted for about $1500.00-$2000.00
The big companies don't offer the same personal service that I can. They will send an estimator to your house, then if they get the bid, they send a paint crew to perform the work. You will never see the same estimator again.
I will be there from the estimate through completion of the project to address any questions or concerns you might have.

Move Ins/Outs prices may vary depending on what you need done i.e. (washing baseboards, cleaning inside refrigerator and stove, cleaning cabinets inside and out etc...) because there is different type of work to be done than your usual home cleaning.
