I'm a single 40 year old man, I dont have children and I dont have any pets with me. I do have some family support here in Colorado but they live way out in Bailey, CO. The cost of gas to travel to Denver is too much to commute so I'm looking for a place closer to where I'd like to work and go to school.

I have successfully bartered before but I have to talk to you to see if its a win-win relationship. I've gotten some offers before when I post this but some people are out of touch with the cost of doing remodeling, plumbing, etc. I found its best to talk on the phone first to see if I can help. If it sounds good to both of us then I will come and look at your project to see what you would like me to do. I also have to feel comfortable with the living situation too. I'm not desperate so I dont need to live in shabby conditions.

I'm very careful about who I do bartering with. I'm sure you are too. I do have reputation for being very honest and live my life with integrity and transperency. I have strong moral principles and values that i use to make my decisions with and I dont tolerate selfish people very well. I get along with "team oriented" "relationship minded" "loving" "golden rule abiding" people very well. Personally, I follow a servant-leadership model of conducting business. Basically, I put people's needs first. I dont worship money and I have never had a problem with money obfiscating my relationships with people or conducting business. Yes, I do keep an I on the bottom line but I always strive to seek win-win business deals.

Im looking for a small house to rent. Hoping to pay between 700 and 900. I have that amount NOW.

I have three roommates now who are disgusting and are okay with living in a "trashcan" and I just need my own space where I can be free to be myself and come home to a nice environment to study.
1) If the space is shared I would prefer a basement area to myself with a bedroom and private bath. a W/D, and all kitchen appliances are also preffered. Something around 350/per month seems reasonable. If you have an outdoor area for my dog and a private entrance that is even better!
2) I could also live in a 1/2 bedroom private apartment/townhome with W/D and all kitchen appliances. Dogs must be welcome. She is sweet and spayed so there should not be a problem.I could pay around $750 for that.
I can move in March 1st.

Hi, I (the Husband) landed a job in Denver (the wife has too) which pays twice as much as I used to make. Can afford up to 850 a month, and would like a place in a nice neighborhood on the south side of Denver. Preferably a few minutes away from Englewood. We have a previous eviction, however we were at teh complex for 2.5 years before a major miscommunication occured. Very respectful. We don't smoke and will not rent a property were smoke has been present. We own a bird, and no other pets. We are looking for a warm and inviting place.
