Hey there, we are a professional couple currently residing in Bonnie Brae. We are currently in a lease which is not set to expire until December 2008 but our landlord is in foreclosure and so we have to move out by mid June.

Move-In Date:

We would be looking to move-in during the month of June.

About Us:

We have no children, we do not smoke and we have no pets. She is 30, a dentist and I am 38, self-employed and work from a home office.

Preferred Locations (in no particular order):

Unusual locations/designs would be fun. We prefer contemporary homes/décor but if a home has been recently remodeled, that would work as well.

Preferred Rent Range:

$1500 - $3500/mo. and we will sign a 12-24 month lease. We would prefer longer term leases.

Preferred Amenities – The more the better, but a great location is the most key aspect for us… :

About You:

If you are an independent landlord or a property management company that manages SFH’s/Townhomes/Condos for individuals, we will require references of at least two (2) of your current and/or former tenants. Just as you require our references, we require yours. This experience we have had with flaky landlords has taught us to ask questions 1st! We are responsible professionals and we want to make sure that you are as well.
