I'm looking for housing in or near Denver. I need something that is pet friendly and has a fenced yard.

Also if you leased me your home/townhome for a discount and I could pay rent up front, 6 months at a time. I guess that is more up to you.

I'm a pharmacy student, so I am very responsible and I'd say pretty quiet... My dogs are less than 30 lbs and both over a yr old.
