$1200 Prof. couple seeks Parker House for rent (Parker)
Hello, my fiance and I and needing a house to rent. We're relocating to Parker, as I'm opening an office there opening July 1st.
Here's our needs:
-House in decent location, and in good upkeep.
-Garage
-Basement
-Fenced backyard
-Accepts dogs. We have two medium-sized dogs, that are obedient and crate trained.
We're excellent tenents, good credit and great rental history! Have our own lawnmower, shovels...etc. I'm pretty handy, so have no problem helping with things that might need fixing.
We're looking to spend $1200 or less per month.
South Aurora, and surrounding areas might work also.
