We are a couple, currently looking for a 1-2 BD apt/house that's available in January in Denver. We live in Greeley at the moment. We have 2 dogs who are very friendly, smart, house trained, & kennel trained. They do not bark (unless playing) and have not caused any damages to our previous rentals (references available!). We'd preferably like to have a fenced in yard for them to play in. Our price range is from $500-$650 for rent (if utilities are included, even better), depending on the location.
