We are a responsible young couple who will need to move out of our current apartment Dec. 31st. We currently live in Riverfront Park, but our landlord will be selling the condo within the next couple of months (hence the reason we need to move). We have a dog (she's a mutt) who is approximately 45lbs. she is very well behaved and quiet. We have excellent rental history/references and we are non-smokers.
What we're looking for:
-A place in LoDo, Downtown, "The Golden Triangle", Highlands (east), Capitol Hill, or Uptown in Denver
-1 year lease
-We would prefer an "updated" kitchen because I enjoy cooking, and have a lot of cooking equipment. A dishwasher is a MUST.
-Prefer laundry in unit
-Backyard for the pup is always a plus
-Balcony/Patio area for a grill is a plus too!
-1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms
-At least one assigned parking space, unless there is ample (free) street parking
- We are looking to pay $1200 or less per month depending on the house/apartment
