Complete rustic mexican style dining room set. Constructed of solid wood, no laminate on this set. Included is the table, two benches and two ladder style high back chairs with built-in cushions. Purchased at Howard Lorton Gallery in the late 70's or early 80's.
Used to just be tables, we had the tops upholstered about 15 years ago with gorgeous tapestry fabric. (Fabric is much brighter and more vivid than pictures demonstrate.)

Attached to the back of each framed painting, Ray Darby hand-wrote descriptions ...
"The Eagle Dancer": The Indian took the way of the Eagle, because he was a smart and cunning bird. From this the Indian got the battle tactics of surprise, which was to his advantage. This day we humor him with this beautiful dance.

"Comanche Indian Chief": He was considered the greatest horseman and warrior. He was the leader of his tribe and made all the final decisions on peace treaties and the moving of his people.

Matted, framed, ready to hang. Measure (with frame) about 25" tall x 21" wide. Frames are okay, nothing special about them.

Smooth paint, vivid and bright. No tears or smudges. Background is deep, rusty brown. Indians are decorated with bright, burned red, olive greens, white, black, pumpkin orange ... really fantastic colors!

**On the Chief, please see that he is holding the pipe. There is a very slight pencil outline at the top of the pipe that measurs about 1/2" x 1/8". I don't know if that means these were pencil drawings, or the artist thought about making a change and forgot. We only just noticed it recently, and we wanted to mention it.**

Given to us a very long time ago by a former employer. Have been sitting in a closet for years and years ... just not our style.

My husband is asking for $125 cash for the pair.

Vintage DAZOR? Indust'l/Machine Age Drafting Lamp Light Clamps to Desk (Castle Rock or Central Denver) $45

Perfect condition, works just great! Brown/bronze metal color. Holds 2 flourescent bulbs. That part of light is 18" long x 5" tall.

Double clamps securely attach it to any surface. Long electric cord. Bottom part of arm is 30". Upper part of arm is 18".

Turns, adjusts, stretches, etc for great light on any project. Probably from the 70's. My dad used it in his construction office for estimating for at least 30 years. We were told it is a DAZOR, but I don't see the mark anywhere.
