� Expert user of Microsoft Office with strong SAS
� Strong understanding of the fundamentals of interactive marketing and business
� Must be able to write clear, inspiring, and narrative-driven PowerPoint presentations that identify areas for improvement and showcase the data and analytics in a compelling and enlightening way for both internal and client audiences

Job Overview: This position is responsible for planning, and implementing VoIP consulting engagements with federal customers. The candidate will set goals, monitor vendor work, and evaluate results to ensure objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization and the customer.
Although the primary focus of this position is to implement and support VoIP installations, the candidate may also be tasked with general network support and build-outs including security, routing, switching, wireless, and other network related duties.

Project Management:
� Responsible for design, staging, configuration, implementation, and support for VoIP installations as necessary.
� Plans, collaborates on designs and implements key company communication systems for local, national and global needs.
� Evaluates current and foreseeable future requirements to determine appropriate solutions for clients.
� Facilitate the selection and implementation of network, communication and systems infrastructure to match the global needs of the company.
� Works with vendors and others to formulate designs and troubleshoot problems.
� Ensures systems are properly documented, controlled for change and monitored for uptime and performance.
