- Create custom Java applications for websites including database functions, build tables, frames, and forms, and writes scripts within the browser, verify content and formatting

- Work closely with team members to develop technical solutions including the architecture of web sites, scripting, database design, and user interface design.

- Communicate with other personnel, inside and outside of department, regarding technical requirements of web site and upcoming projects or events related to web site

- Analyze traffic to website and recommend any necessary programming changes

Required Skills: Java 6, Cold Fusion 8 (strongly preferred, but optional), SQL, HTML as well as some experience with AJAX, Query, Flex, JavaScript, CSS, Web 2.0 . Highly desire experience with PC Anywhere, VNC Subversion, XML, Flash, IIS, Fusebox, and OOP Development Methodologies.

	Work with Network Services team to develop a comprehensive and successful Unified Communications business unit and plan. <br>
	Work and advise Network Services Project Managers to develop project plans and execute implementation plans. <br>
	Provides mentoring, training, and support for the Network Services staff as needed.<br>
	Collaborate with other team members on technologies, concepts and standards. <br>
	Work with internal Customer Relationship Manager and technical teams to prospect and develop VoIP communications sales, design, installation, and support opportunities for client.<br>
	Provide technical support and consulting on client visits as needed.<br>
Project Management:<br>
	Responsible for design, staging, configuration, implementation, and support for VoIP installations as necessary.<br>
	Plans, collaborates on designs and implements key company communication systems for local, national and global needs.<br>
	Evaluates current and foreseeable future requirements to determine appropriate solutions for clients.<br>
	Facilitate the selection and implementation of network, communication and systems infrastructure to match the global needs of the company.<br>
	Works with vendors and others to formulate designs and troubleshoot problems.<br>
	Ensures systems are properly documented, controlled for change and monitored for uptime and performance.<br>
