� Extensive travel to client-sites across the country, to conduct classroom training. Travel will include multiple-night stays and hit 50 � 100 days per year. Because training needs are not evenly balanced across the year, some months might require 20 days on the road, and others might require as few as 2.
� Assist the broader support team by resolving help desk tickets and creating knowledge base articles/training tips, to reduce future call volume.
