We are seeking mature, dependable individuals with an appreciation for excellent customer service.<br>
Applicants for this job should have previous customer service experience and be able to work productively in a team environment while still being able to think and act independently, taking the initiative to get jobs done. Jobs can be physically demanding, requiring staff to move quickly to accomplish cleaning, stocking, and serving tasks and get several hundred guests seated for their films in a short period of time.<br>
Applicants MUST be at least 18 years of age.<br>
Starting wage is $7.67/hr. Floor staff will be initially trained in porter, usher and kitchen duties. <br>
Weekend and HOLIDAY availability (we are open Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day) is an absolute must. All staff are required to work holidays as these are our busiest days of the year. All staff are required to be available for at least three shifts per week.<br>

We are looking for a experienced, professional, Customer Service Representative to work out of our Denver Call Center.<br>

Summary:<br>
Creates a customer experience that leaves the customer with the belief that Humanscale is a service leader by consistently providing excellent customer service.  Utilizes excellent listening and verbal communication skills, owns issues through resolution and closed loop follow up.  Proactively follows up on open items, communicates updates on a regular basis.  Serves as the point of contact for all internal and external customers making certain that their questions or needs are answered promptly and completely.  Works across functional areas and within the customer service team to champion the needs of the customers.  Treats each and every customer on each and every interaction as if they were the most important interaction they had. Consistently demonstrates professionalism in interactions with team and within the company, demonstrates a passion for results, and a firm understanding of the overall picture.  <br>

Essential Functions:<br>
•	Effectively handles inbound customer communications that arrive via phone, fax, email and web in a manner that meets all quality requirements.<br>
•	Provides accurate answers to all inquiries on order status, product information and problem resolution and while doing so, recognizes unstated needs and proactively identifies and meets same.  Sources answers from other areas when needed. Always provides a solution or options. <br>
•	Manages pending file to close questions in an efficient manner making certain customer and internal goals are met. <br>
•	Handles all returns and replacement orders, managing to meet customer needs while considering expense control.  <br>
•	Uses skillful probing to determine needs and develop actions to meet those needs.<br>
•	Processes order changes and order cancellations, coordinating with factory personnel as needed.   <br>
•	Processes accurate credit memos<br>
•	Processes literature orders<br>

Education and/or Experience-<br>

Computer Skills-<br>
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.  <br>

It is the sole responsibility of this position to intervene when situations escalate and Educational Partners need to be contacted.  This position will also provide guidance to all subordinates as well as reprimand and apply discipline when necessary.  They have the ability to be influential on technology used and can suggest upgrades to software.<br><br>

Previous management training is a plus and previous experience in an education related environment is desired; or equivalent education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.<br><br>

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>
• Be primary point of contact for all training for conferencing<br>

•	Train staff on web conferencing<br>
•	Report, track and plan each month for training for conferencing<br>
•	Create training program for new hires<br>
• Responsible for ensuring bridge and phones are staffed<br>
•	Send out weekly help schedule to Google doc’s<br>
• Hire new staff when deemed appropriate<br>
• Manage phone schedule <br>
• Manage Support system for customer tickets<br>
• Manage Customer Service issues and customer complaints<br>
• Manage Employees<br>
•	Provide monthly 1/1 for employees<br>
•	Complete Dashboards for each employee and provide to Director Monthly<br>
•	Complete Employee Reviews with feedback from Director and other Supervisor.<br>
• Participate in weekly and meetings with Supervisor, Client Manager <br>
• Pro-actively offer suggestions and ideas to improve quality issues within operations<br>
• Personally monitor Red Flag customers/calls<br>

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>
• Provisioning- Manage incoming provisioning for new customers from Client Manager<br>
•	Ensure staff is trained and aware on new customer<br>
•	Ensure 1st call is monitored<br>

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>
• Be available to clients during the customer’s business hours<br>
• Update manager weekly and monthly verbally and via weekly status reports<br>
•	Stand in for staff on op asssit calls as lead, secondary, reservationist, etc. Must be able to complete all duties front line staff is required to do<br>
•	Occasionally will need to be flexible for calls outside of normal working hours.<br>

As a member of the Customer Relations Team you will be the initial contact for our customers including Wood Flooring dealers, Contractors, End Users, Potential dealers and Architects.  This position will include answering the phone, entering purchase orders, supplying technical support to all users (internal & external), scheduling/tracking shipments, working with multiple departments within the company (ie accounting, warehouse, operations) and managing the order queue to ensure everything ships on time, etc.<br>
