Anyone know of unique venue for music? (Denver/Westminster)

Hi there - coming to Denver for a visit and wondering if anyone knows of a unique venue for music - I'm not talking about a bar with local music, but maybe a dinner club with bigger names, or a very small venue that hosts travelling musicians.
We like blues, jazz, oldies type music
