This is a very high quality HOFCO Victorian Dollhouse. The farmhouse has nine rooms and is 40"W x 30"D x 32"H. Front panel opens to expose dining room and additional bedroom. Back roof section opens to expose two-room attic. Extreme attention to detail that includes: gingerbread molding, louvered shutters above, paneled shutters below, two brick & mortar chimneys with stepped copper flashing, brick foundation, real aged copper roof peak and valleys, stained glass windows, and deck board porch. Front yard has gardens, slate sidewalk and brick garden edging. Other accents include handmade rose trellis, porch swing and hanging plants.
House is fully electrified which includes window candles, chandeliers, wall sconces and functioning outlets for lamps throughout. All rooms finished to extreme detail, which include inlayed wood, carpet and tile floors. Foyer has hardwood parquet flooring. All rooms are wallpapered or painted with floor, window and door trim. Some include additional details such as wainscoting and chair rails. Each room is fully finished with furniture, wall hangings, curtains, rugs and many accent pieces. Both sets of stairs have hand-made runners.
House comes with electrified turntable and a custom-made formal cherry display table. Also included are three dollhouse decorating books.
