5 Weekends once a month starting February 5, 2010 plus 15 evenings on Wednesday eves 6:00-9:30PM starting Feb 10, 2010 - instruction in Yoga asana, adjustment and alignment, and practicum (student teaching).
Practices which are based on the teachings of traditional practices of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, and the history and major texts of all six classical Yogas (Ashtanga, Hatha, Bhakti, Jnana, Karma, Tantra).
