The Rocky Mountain Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda is a nonprofit educational institution for the training of yoga teachers, yoga therapists, and Ayurvedic practitioners. Our faculty has outstanding training in Ayurvedic medicine and the various traditions of yoga. We welcome you in the spirit of peace and in dedication to health and spiritual renewal to participate in our certification programs.

Becoming an Ayurvedic Doula - a training includes:
Foundations of Ayurvedic Postpartum Care – Ayurvedic Cooking and Nutrition - Delicious Ayurvedic Postpartum Cooking - Special Breastfeeding Supports – Baby's First Foods - Therapeutic Uses of Essential oils – Basic Herbal Food Supports – Ayurvedic Infant Massage. Internship begins with homework from these classes. Students will enjoy hands on with meals, babies, herbs and essential oils.
Becoming an Ayurvedic Practitioner includes Ayurvedic concepts of dosha, dhatu, mala, agni & am, diet and lifestyle, Ayurvedic herbology and much much more.
