Entrepreneurial Manager with Integrity
For Startup Guru Factory Program

Thank you for taking the time to read this entire posting.

It is a simple fact that the failure rate amongst startups is too high and the tragedy is that many failures are preventable. We have a way to improve this misfortune. We have created a proprietary and successful business development system. At the core of the system we believe entrepreneurs must master their inner self. They need coaching, mentoring, advising and practical guidance from experienced leaders and gurus. They also need capital and we have unique ways to generate capital for startups.

Our model is to replicate our system and grow it nationally and then globally. Startup Guru is the Berkshire Hathaway for startups. We select people, with simple business models that are looking to build to endure not just flip, have intrinsic value and growth potential. To use a baseball analogy we want to just get them on base. After that we help by finding players to hit them home.

Our business model is unique however not all original. It reminds me of the saying “Imitation is the greatest form of flattery.” These companies we have emulated and incorporated components of their businesses into our model. We are grateful for these inspiring innovators.

Greetings -

College Pro is a nationwide company that for 38 years has specialized in hiring college students or recent graduates to intern with us learning management skills in a small business setting. We have been recognized as one of the top internship programs in the country and are closely affiliated with national student programs such as DECA and SIFE.

We are currently interviewing for our management internship team for 2010.
Business Management Internship (Denver)

Within the supportive and innovative College Pro environment, our interns will gain skill in marketing, sales, leadership, customer service, organizational management, and financial management. Each of these skills can later be applied to any profession one may be involved in. Each intern is given personalized training and support in all aspects of the internship from College Pro's world-class development program. The job is challenging, with great pay, gives students a ton of real-world leadership experience, and looks great on a resume.

In this economy, as many companies cut internship programs, College Pro is looking to gain market share (as a value-based company) through aggressive expansion, as we have during the past three recessions. If you’d like to get some more information about the position, please send me an email with your current phone number, location, and a good time to call, and either me or another General Manager will give you a call.
Best Wishes,
I have 100% feedback and sell some of the best quality items on eBay, all starting at $.99. I have a large customer base with over 700 emails going out for every auction to existing customers, 1/3 of my sales are repeat customers. With the type of sales I do, I’m experiencing strong growth even in the current economic downturn. I focus on higher end objects and the people who have money these days have a lot of it. I need an individual/individuals to take over day to day operations so I can focus on starting two new branches of my business in phase two of my business development. There are 3-4 more international branches to be developed in stage three. Ideal candidates have demonstrated strong organizational skills, can handle long term responsibility (day to day operations), the ability to set up your own structure/work hrs and accomplish set tasks +have a strong desire to succeed and are willing to try something new.
