1961 17' Aerocraft boat. Aluminum. Needs paint. This would be a great fishing boat. Can take choppy waves because it is 6 feet wide, 17 feet long, 3 feet 8 inches from the top of the dashboard to the keel. And in back it is 2 feet 6 inches from the side of the keel. 2 inch thick transom and a 18-1/2" transom height. Built to handle a heavy motor. Long or short shaft. Super strong transom keel supports. You have to see it to appreciate it. I was going to paint this boat and was getting it ready when a medical problem came up and I couldn't complete it. Push/pull steering.
Trailer is a newer Shorelander that will carry a good sized boat. 215-65R-15 radial tires. Bearing buddies. Takes a 2" ball hitch. Drop down roller system for easy load and unload. All in good working order.
1957 Evinrude 35hp Big Twin motor is available. Also a long shaft conversion for it is available if you are handy. Carburator needs cleaning and probably a kit with a tune-up but motor is strong and smooth shifting. Has been garage stored for the last 6 years. Motor is extra and you need to make me an offer on it. I also have the controls for it and an Evinrude repair manual. The picture is not the actual motor but exactly the same likeness of my motor. It is electric start or pull start.
