FIRST $3000 TAKES IT!!!! Please don't call and low-ball, there's about $10K in equipment inside and a $2000 generator on the back. I just want it out of my yard, and could use the cash, of course. The truck has the following equipment in it:

The truck is a Chevy P-30, '71, with a 350 engine in it. The engine needs work, or to be replaced. I've been told that it would "be easy and under $700" to replace it, but I'm pretty sure that I couldn't do it myself. I have a tow-bar attached to the front of the truck, which I used to tow the truck to my catering gigs. I was doing the gigs by myself, and was more comfortable towing the truck to them, than take a chance and not make it there.
I also have another complete set of tires to go with the truck. (6)

I made very good money on this truck, doing on-site gigs. I found doing the events were way more profitable than doing the �drive around� to job sites gig. At most of my event gigs I cleared between $900 to $1500 for an 8 - 9 hour day.

Dimensions range slightly, typically around 90"-96" wide, by around 18" to 30" deep, by around 32" tall (they were custom made to fit in a specific showroom space). Estate Liquidation Business For SALE. Follow this example and you can view everything that I have for sale.

Last year this business profited me $30,000 and I have the recorders to show you if you are a serious buyer. This produces daily cash flow. The only reason why I would like to sell is because my wife have just closed on a house that we are doing a full basement remodel on so I need the CASH for those improvments.

There are a couple of ways that we could structure a deal for sale of this business. One I could sell an interested party all of my inventory for 75% on the dollar which would included current listings and pictures of each item. This is a huge plus because I have done all the work to show all of the inventory and given a discription of each item with 4 pictures is each listing. I buy and sell items each so the total figure is constantly changing. The inventory value is usually between $30,000 to $25,000 in listings(because I only have time to do this part time) so whatever the current listings are at the time you buy the business will be 75% of that value . I add to the listings each day and if I do sell I want to sell all of it or none of it. In this option you would have to move everything to your location if you have the room and sell these items from your location. More importantly than the inventory you get my system of how and when to most efffectively list target items and also how to spot people that are trying to scamming you. Also how you can list pictures much quicker so you don't have to wait and how to find new inventory to list.

The second option which is a much better deal for two reasons. First, I would sell all of the listings and the inventory for 50% on the dollar cash price $17,500(no fiancing available unless it was a trade for real estate), and second rent back to you storage space enough to store all of these things so that you don't have to move everything. This lease would be for one year(which could be renewable) and would include the following 2 twenty foot shipping containers that are 8'wide and 8'tall(Both of these will be a total of $400/mo.), A building that is built between 2 of these 20' contains that is 15' wide by 11'tall by 20' deep($450/mo.) And a tool shed and enclosed area that has one open side which would be included in the rent all of $850/month. The other 2 storage contianers I would still own and rent back to you if you choose this second option. All of these containers are located in the same outdoor yard. I have put up tons of shelving so that would get 5 times the space if the shelves were taken out.

I would be available to show you how to take pictures of new items that you buy and also show you how to list them if you don't already know how. The only thing you would need is a computer which have if you are reading this. THis is a turn key business. The only thing you have to do is sell and relist your items every 30 days which only takes a few hours. I usually relist about 10-15 each day so that I don't have to do it all at once. This method of relistings takes me about 30 minutes in the morning and then I take the calls and sell the items. This business is All cash no checks. And I will show you all of the things that will make you profitable. I can also help you in the process of buying merchandize if you want so that you can add to your inventory or listings. I also own a Moving business so if you did not have a way to transport new items I would be for hire to help you there. I love this business and I will continue to buy and sell things after I have sold this business. There are alot of great deals to have on estate items because there are so many people down-sizing but you have to be willing to do a little work. You just have to know what to buy and you can make great profits. You could turn this easily into a $100,000 per year NET business if you had some CASH to invest and my experience and did it full time (I only do it apart time when I don't have moving or hauling jobs). This started as a hobbies for me in my slow times with moving and hauling and now it is half of my income. Imagine that your hobby actually paying you. I can show you how. Lets talk. I have a commerical grade lighted display case for sale. It comes apart in two sctions and has, 2 fluorescent lamps housings, padded and removable pads, shelf for storage in the lower base, two mirrored back sliding panels and the glass top is also removable for cleaning. It is very heavy so you will new some friends to help move it. I have a two wheel dolly you can use to get it down to your truck. The bottom section has a cord and standard plug but you will have to attach the wires to the upper glass section containing the lights. It's nice and clean and ready to go. The top glass section can me mounted flush to the front of the bottom or you can have it overhang a bit if you like.

The dimensions are 70 inches wide, 38 inches tall and 20 inches deep.

No cracked or broken glass! Great for home or office. It's nice!
