In the past 8 years, I've done character, background, and concept art for 3 cell phone games and a slew of individual freelance work. need garage space to use as art studio for 1 month (Baker District, Denver)

I am in need of a relatively empty garage I can use for one month as an artist studio.
I am interested foremost in garages in the Baker district of Denver.
I am working on a 7' x 7' canvas that I found does not fit through my studio door, so the garage would need to be big enough to accommodate this size of a stretched canvas.
The project is not going to be messy and I would set up the space with the appropriate drop cloths etc.
I would need to keep a few supplies in the garage and would need to be able to gain access whenever I would need the space for the entire month of the rental, unless I am finished sooner than a month.
I would be willing to pay $100 for the month.

I am a local artist here that works with Glass Etching. I started this craft back in High School and it's grown to a small self made business. I take requests for personalized images to etch onto glass. I have done many since learning this craft, starting out mainly with them just being gifts and then expanded to sell them upon request! I work mainly with mirrors but can etch glass cups, as well as clear glass like windows. Most sizes I use are 5x5s, 5x7s, 10x10s and 12x12s but I can go bigger if need be. My prices are reasonable and have since been lowered from what they were. The images posted are of a few 10x10s and 5x7s I have done in the past (none are for sale, those have all been sold or given away) and would love to add more. I have also done quite a few 5x5s and a few others that you may see on my website. The design can be of anything whether it be your pet, personal logo, flowers, car logos, etc. If you may be interested, please have a look at the site and from there you can contact me directly. I will need to know what size mirror you're looking to get, and I will need pictures of the ideas you have to get etched. The site also lists prices and terms of sale which you will need to consider as well. This stuff will never come off or fade since it's an acid but it is completely safe after the etch has set and the design has appeared! Theme: Our lives are in constant motion. Photography can stop time and suspend life in one moment. It can capture the passage of hours, day, or a single second, in one image. The world is made up of people and things that move and are moved. The Center is looking for images that depict all types of motion.

Juror: Rich Clarkson

Rich Clarkson’s professional career has span over 50 years and has included the positions of director of photography and senior assistant editor of The National Geographic Society, contract photographer for Sports Illustrated, NCAA, Time and Life, and has covered eight world Olympics. Clarkson was named by American Photo magazine as one of the 50 most influential individuals in American photography. He is recipient of an Honorary Master of Science Degree in Professional Photography from the Brooks Institute of Photography. Clarkson serves as a consultant to media, advertising and photographic trade organizations. For the past two decades, Clarkson has offered guidance and inspiration in his representation of photographers, in book packaging projects and in his series of unique workshops.

Exhibition and Awards: With selection for this exhibition, artists and their work will be seen by an international audience of collectors, curators, art consultants and others who appreciate the fine art of photography.

First, my apologies that this is not a job posting (as a freelance artist myself, I know how tough the market has been for many creatives this year) - rather, I feel inclined to send out a general message/warning to the creative community of Colorado, particularly those involved in humor/comedy animation & video production.

If any of you ever happen to find yourself approached by or involved in a project with a gentleman named Toby Morton, I urge you to be very cautious and prudent in your dealings with him (particularly if there�s money involved and/or he�s heading the project).

Toby is a former writer and voice talent on the South Park cartoon series (now residing/working back here in Colorado again). I�ve worked with him on a handful of projects over the past couple of years, most notably:

�It�s Just Brunch� - comedy series pilot integrating live-action and animated material (http://www.justbrunch.biz/ - Toby is the announcer in the first trailer shown)

�Your Colon and You� � animated short produced for the University of Colorado Cancer Center and the American Cancer Society (video featured at http://www.coloradocancercoalition.org/)

Sadly, Toby has no qualms about blatantly deceiving and cheating his creative partners (even going so far as creating a fake email personality he claimed was his creative �business manager�) - naturally, I�m among those who has been on the receiving end of his dishonest behavior, hence this posting.

I honestly hate using Craigslist as a forum for this sort of information � and obviously, this can be construed as just another isolated �he said/he said� scenario in the realm of creative collaborations. Therefore, again, I simply urge caution and prudence when dealing with this individual � I�d hate for anyone else to experience the hassles and frustration that myself and others have gone through with him.

Versed int he use of EL wire to accentuate both hats and costumes.

I am an avid photographer who has been shooting for about 5 years now. I love to shoot film over digital but unfortunately do not know how to properly use a darkroom for developing. I have had too many bad experiences brining my film to be developed by others and having them ruined. I have been looking around at classes in town but they are way over my non-profit work budget. If there is anyone out there that would be willing to show a fast learner how to further her skills it would be much appreciated.
