Only 10 minutes to downtown, what a great location!
This house has 816 square feet, newer fixtures in the bathroom and the kitchen. Bathroom is connected to both bedrooms!! Makes it very convenient. Unit comes with two off street parking spaces and one exterior storage. Tenant pays electricity, and the gas bill is split between the units. New siding and FANTASTIC vinyl private fencing surround the property. We are sorry, but there are no washer or dryer hookups.
The yard is VERY nice and it came from a lot of hard work. I am looking for someone who will be able to do yard work every two weeks from April to October, things like mowing, weed eating, blowing, etc… All of the tools will be provided. The yard is split between the upstairs tenant who also enjoys a very clean and nice yard.
Looking for a tenant who is responsible, who has a good employment reference and a good rental history. Four people maximum please. Landlord lives out of state and is only there in the summers. I need someone that is easy to communicate with and someone that can be available if need be. Original lease term will be FOUR months, with a 12 month lease to follow. As an out of state landlord it is very important that I have leases beginning and ending during the summer time so that I may be there to properly service the property.
