We are looking for an Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for generating maintenance agreement invoicing, resolving and researching customer inquiries, maintaining customer files, and making calls on past due accounts.

Requisite skills for this position include good customer facing skills, detail orientation, an ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously, excellent verbal and written commmunication skills, an ability to think analyticaly and outside of the box, and an intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
